• To systematically provide connection for all young people in every youth group to Jesus Christ through worship, discipleship and fellowship.

• To see young people and local youth ministries dynamically transformed by the power of God.

• To energize and equip the youth of West Virginia to become strategically involved in evangelism and the spiritual awakening of their generation.

• To ensure that every district sponsored event and program fulfills this mission.
